Dustin Merrell, 37, died after responders found them unresponsive Tuesday evening in the 1500 block of Broadway Street on Lafayette’s north side.
The Tippecanoe County Coroner’s Office received the call at approximately 6:46 p.m., and authorities confirmed Merrell’s identity the following day.
Officials scheduled a forensic autopsy to establish the cause and manner of death, while the Lafayette Police Department continues working with the coroner’s office.
