Visitation will take place from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Fleming-Billman Funeral Home, 49 W Jefferson St, Jefferson, Ohio 44047.
A funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM at the same location under the care of Fleming and Billman Funeral Directors, Inc.
